Ayushmann Khurrana's Bala In Big Trouble After Accusations Of Plagiarism; Producer Dinesh Vijan Summoned By Cops
Dinesh Vijan's Bala has got into legal trouble as the assistant director has accused the makers for stealing his script. Now, the producer has been summoned to the Thane police station
Last month, Ayushmann Khurrana has released the first look of poster of Bala on his Twitter handle. The film has received a lot of appreciation for its unique content but the recent development suggests otherwise. Thane Rural Police summons producers of Ayushmann Khurrana's next Bala. Recently, we have heard that assistant director Kamal Kanth Chandra has filed a criminal complaint under Section 420 (cheating) and 406 (breach of trust) against the actor and the makers of the film at the Kashimira police station in Mira Road.
As per the allegation, the aspiring filmmaker shared the script with Ayushman on WhatsApp and now he claims that the movie is based on his script. The summons says, "We have received a complaint against you from Chandra that he had sent the film story to Ayushman Khurana through WhatsApp, but he stole that story and is now making the film. In this film, you are the producer and director and because of which Kamal Kant is facing financial loss. As he alleged that you (all) cheated him for which he lodges a complaint at Kashimira police station, which we are investigating. You are invited to the police station for further inquiry into this allegation. Take a look at the picture of the summon sheet:
Well, we wonder what will happen to the film now. The film also stars Bhumi Pednekar and Yami Gautam. Bala is scheduled to hit the big screens on 22nd November 2019.

A notice has been sent to Dinesh Vijan (Madock film) and Amar Kaushik. Earlier, there were reports that Kamal Kant had filed a case in the Bombay High Court against Ayushmann, director Amar Kaushik and producer Dinesh Vijan, accusing them of lifting the central plot. However, the cast still went on with the shoot before the court has given its verdict.
Excitement is in the hair.. err air!
